垃圾渗滤液专用管式超滤膜
管式膜系统是一个独立的外置过滤系统,针对高固体份含量和高SS液体,我们利用可调的错流速度使膜在最佳条件下运行,延长膜的使用寿命。同时,它具有更方便清洗,维护,独立封闭管路运行,系统整体坚固性等特点。
SUN管式膜首选推荐采用错流过滤技术,错流过滤可以较少清洗次数,减少停机时间,从而维持较高的流量。 同时也可以采用反冲洗,必要的时候可以利用透过液或者化学清洗剂进行反洗,有效延长膜的寿命。

工业膜组件常规直径∶3"、4"、6"、8"、10",长度∶3m、3.66m、4m。
实验膜组件常规直径∶1~3",长度0.5~1.5m
同时拥有高强度、抗污染、抗氧化(PVDF材质耐氯250,000ppm.h)、耐酸碱(耐受20%NaOH)膜,纯水通量高达800LMH,部分膜产品工作压力可达10bar,工作温度可达90℃。即使直接过滤活性污泥浓度高达40g/L的生活污水,膜通量仍然高达70~150LMH。
8"和10"等大型膜组件可大大降低大型工程投资与运营成本,普遍用于垃圾渗透液、制药废水、碱液回收、含油废水、电子废水、焦化废水等高浓度工业废水以及食品、发酵液、茶饮料等物料分离领域。
