tubular-membrane-leachate
The tubular membrane system is a standalone external filtration system designed for liquids with high solids content and high suspended solids (SS). By utilising adjustable cross-flow velocities, we ensure the membranes operate under optimal conditions, thereby extending their service life. Furthermore, the system offers the advantages of easier cleaning and maintenance, operation via a self-contained, sealed piping system, and overall robust construction.
SUN tubular membranes are primarily recommended for use with cross-flow filtration technology, which reduces the frequency of cleaning and minimises downtime, thereby maintaining a high flow rate. Backwashing may also be employed; where necessary, this can be carried out using permeate or chemical cleaning agents, effectively extending the service life of the membranes.
SUN Tubular Membrane Product Range:
Tubular membrane material∶PVDF、PES、PAN、PS
Molecular weight cut-off∶5,000-250,000Da
Membrane tube diameter (id)∶5-12.7mm
Standard diameters of industrial membrane modules∶3"、4"、6"、8"、10",Length:3m、3.66m、4m。
Standard diameters of experimental membrane modules∶1~3",长度0.5~1.5m
These membranes combine high strength with resistance to contamination and oxidation (PVDF material withstands 250,000 ppm·h of chlorine) as well as acid and alkali resistance (withstands 20% NaOH). They offer a pure water flux of up to 800 L/h, with some membrane products capable of operating at pressures of up to 10 bar and temperatures of up to 90°C. Even when directly filtering domestic wastewater with activated sludge concentrations as high as 40 g/L, the membrane flux remains as high as 70–150 L/h.
Large membrane modules, such as 8-inch and 10-inch units, can significantly reduce capital expenditure and operating costs for large-scale projects. They are commonly used for the treatment of high-concentration industrial effluents—including landfill leachate, pharmaceutical wastewater, alkali recovery, oily wastewater, electronic wastewater and coking wastewater—as well as for the separation of materials such as foodstuffs, fermentation broths and tea beverages.
